Чилі

Чилі is the Russian name for “Chile,” a country located along the western edge of South America. It is known for its long, narrow shape that stretches approximately 4,300 kilometres from the Atacama Desert in the north to the glaciers of Patagonia in the south. Chile is bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Andes Mountains to the east, which create a natural barrier. The capital city is Santiago. The country is rich in cultural diversity, having a mixture of Indigenous and European influences, predominantly Spanish. Chile is renowned for its varied landscapes, including deserts, forests, mountains, and coastline, as well as for its agricultural exports, including grapes, apples, and wine. Chile also has significant mining industries, particularly copper. The Chilean economy is one of the most stable and prosperous in South America.
